Mevlana Exchange Program Applications are starting on 17 February 2020 and it will finish on 20 March 2020.

For students, is needed:
- Candidate Student Application Form
- Student Information Form
- Approved Transcript
- Foreign Language Exam Result ( for Turkish or English or both)

 For academic staff, is needed
-Academic Staff Information Form
-Academic Staff Mobility program
-CV

To complete the application and evaluate, a candidate must have all documents without any missing. The monthly payment is 1200 Turkish Liras for incoming students as scholarship (80 % for every month for 4 months, and at the end of the term 20% of the amount according to student success).

For academic staff, they will be paid daily wage and plane/bus tickets. The daily wage is 45 or 55 Turkish Liras according to the teacher's title. Ticket payment is 3100 or 3500 or 4600, it changes according to country. Academic Staff can join the exchange for min 14 days, max 3 months. Before the exchange, the lessons which the academic staff will teach are decided. Lessons are min 6 hours a week.
