Vyatka State University (Kirov, Russia) offers 2 scholarships for your graduates of undergraduate programs for training under master's programs in Kirov.

In accordance with the agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on mutual recognition and equivalence of documents on education and degrees dated April 10, 2013 a diploma of specialist with higher professional education and a diploma of master’s degree issued in the Russian Federation and "диплома о стеченом другом степену високог образованьа након завршених мастер академских, односно специjалистичких студиjа" issued by higher educational institutions in the Republic of Serbia are recognized as equivalent.

Duration of training in Kirov: 2 years.

The training is free of charge.

All foreign students are provided with a hostel. Accommodation is in 2 - or 3-bed rooms.

The cost of hostel accommodation: 500 rubles per a month.

Persons who do not speak Russian will study at the preparatory faculty for 1 year. The training is free of charge.

Preliminary documents for admission:

-  Application form;

-  Scanned copy of passport;

- Scanned copy of a diploma.

Legalization of educational documents for studying in a Russian University is not required.
